Deliveries and returns

 

Winston & Elle uses Postnord for its deliveries within Sweden. The delivery time is 2 to 5 working days (Orders placed friday-sunday will be shipped the following tuesday!) and we always ship with tracking. You can easily track your order via the link attached to your confirmation email or via Postnord's website.

Deliveries to a third party are possible for orders paid for by bank account or credit card, which means that it is possible for you to place an order to an address other than your home or billing address. If payment is made through Klarna, however, the order can only be sent to your national registration address.

We offer free standard shipping for all purchases over 1000 SEK. More information about shipping costs can be found at the checkout when you order.

You can also choose to pick up your order in one of our stores. Sturegatan 28 is the default, but you can of course come to södermalm to pick up your order as well. Please write in the notes that you wish to pick up in södermalm before you proceed to checkout when placing your order. Generally, the order is ready for pickup within 24-72 hours of placing the order.

If you choose to pick up your order in store, the delivery is of course free of charge.

 

Return Policy

You have the right to return your order no later than 14 days after you have received it. We offer you the opportunity to choose whether you want to send the item back or if you want to make your return in store.

How to request a return

1. Go to the log in page. 

  • Enter your email.
  • You will receive a email with a 6 digit code. 
  • Enter the code on the log in page.

2. Go to your orders.

3. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.

If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click "Request return".


If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. We will accept and pay out your refund once we have received the product. (The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.)

All products returned to us must be in unused condition and with all labels still on the garment. The exception is if there is a defect in the product (please state the type of defect in the return form sent with the return).

If you have chosen to pay via Klarna and have not yet paid your invoice, you can log in to your account and report a return. Your invoice will then be paused until the return is registered and then removed from your account.

If you wish to exchange, for example, size or color, and have ordered with Postnord, you will first need to make a regular return of the item. Then, order the color or size you want to exchange for in a new order.

When you make your exchange or return in store, we appreciate it if you fill out the return form and bring it with the items you want to exchange/return. This must be done within 15 days directly to one of our Winston & Elle stores. If you have not received the return form with your order, email us at info@winstonandelle.com to receive it.
